When Manu met Sally
Manu was born & raised in India the home of Yoga. In his teens he trained as an elite gymnast and represented India at Junior World Championships.

Inspired by his mother (also a Yoga teacher) and his father who showed him the discipline required to reach great heights, he travelled to Australia to experience the Western World. Now he has successfully integrated his innate knowledge of Yoga to the west.
Sally has been practicing and studying Yoga, energetic healing and spirituality for 30 years. Her calming presence and KISS - 'Keep it Super Simple' approach will inspire you to remain sane during these unprecedented times.
They met, he broke his neck, they fell in love, he healed..... and inspired by Mahatma Gandhi's quote, 'Be the change you wish to see in the world' they founded Living OM together.
Living OM, a place where people can come together in community to rediscover themselves, raise their vibration to live an inspired life with purpose
A safe place for them to 'let go of the old' and 'embrace the new' and live with more awareness and compassion towards themselves, others and every living thing.
